F4U-4 Corsair 1.2m BNF Basic with AS3X and SAFE Select is a 1.2-meter wingspan radio-controlled replica of the iconic World War II fighter. The BNF Basic version includes Spektrum AS3X stabilization and optional SAFE Select flight envelope protection, delivering a locked-in feel and the option for auto-leveling for beginners. A factory-installed brushless power system runs on 3S or 4S LiPo packs, providing solid thrust for scale flight, sport flying, and aerobatics. The airframe comes in the classic all-blue trim with decal sheets for Marines, Navy and other markings, features functional flaps and rotating retracts with scale strut covers, and requires no glue for final assembly. Binding to a compatible Spektrum transmitter gets the Corsair airborne quickly.
Constructed from lightweight, durable EPO, the Corsair features realistic panel lines and a pilot figure for authentic scale detail and supports full six-channel control with six factory-installed servos. A telemetry-capable AR631 receiver works with Spektrum gear to relay data such as battery voltage and motor RPM during flight. The wing can be removed for easier transport, and built-in flaps and retracts contribute to authentic takeoffs, landings and slow-speed handling, making this model suitable for both precise scale flights and spirited sport aerobatics.
